The shaping of the physical environment is a multidisciplinary field, combining the principles of architecture, landscape design and engineering disciplines. The overall aim is to create functional, lawful, attractive and sustainable places to live. In the work of modern architects, they have to deal with urban plans on a daily basis, as well as to amend and supplement them.
In our practice, we have worked in this area both in the preparation of large-scale projects for entirely new neighborhoods, as well as in the development of Land Plans, Detailed and Working Development Plans aimed at regulating specific investment intentions or the need to change the use, boundaries of properties, the passage of technical infrastructure, etc.
